With the PR1000 home gym you can work your abs, arms, shoulders, back, and legs. Here's a breakdown of exercises:

- Back Exercises: You will be able to do the lower back extensions, lat pulldowns, and rows.
- Arm Exercises - You can target your triceps and do bicep curls.

All-in-All you should be able to complete a full-body workout with a Bowflex PR1000.
The Bowflex Blaze model, in contrast, is a lot more flexible in its functionality. It offers the capability to do 60 exercises and has the capacity for more weights to be attached. Besides, the blaze home gym model comes with an extra workout DVD to help you along.
With the Bowflex Blaze, you can do all of the same exercises listed for the PR1000 plus different variations. This increase is due to the cable/pulley position enabling you to do custom workouts. Also, the Bowflex blaze has a lat bar and squat bar which the pr1000 does not include.

After comparing the Bowflex blaze vs pr1000 the overall winner is the Blaze model. With more functionalities and features, it certainly stands apart from the newer home gym model.
